As vice president carbon in bp, I lead a central carbon discipline team, providing integration and technical expertise across bp operating businesses. I'm passionate about bringing bp's Net Zero strategy to life - decarbonising our operations, cutting methane, and integrating carbon management into systematic ways of working and organisational culture. bp’s ambition is to be a net zero company by 2050 or sooner, and to help the world get to net zero. We have a clear path to achieve this and I believe that greening companies like bp must continue to progress and deliver against this pathway. I'm excited about helping to make this happen.I've previously been successful in driving continuous performance improvement across multi-discipline organisations and believe that this is critical in supporting the energy transition. I look forward to further integrating carbon into business decision making and empowering the right sustainability leadership behaviours.
