Intelligence Manager
CurrentProvide strategic and day-to-day leadership to a team of Intelligence Analysts whilst handling a complex caseload, ranging from large-scale counter-fraud operations, historical abuse cases and international asset tracing.Liaison with external and internal partners to promote collaborative working thereby reducing duplication, encouraging the promotion of new ideas and facilitating the sharing of data within agreed policies and procedures.Develop new intelligence packages to satisfy the requirements of existing and prospective clients to inform intelligence-led responses.Provide training to clients demonstrating how the DWF intelligence offerings can be utilised to progress different types of cases in order to produce the most efficient and cost-effective outcome.Oversee complex fraud processes ensuring that DWF are ahead of the market, as well as offering clear structured guidance on how to deal with these types of cases.Quality assures intelligence products produced by the team, ensuring high standards of output are maintained within agreed deadlines.
