Director Of Security And Guest Services
CurrentDirecting the guest services functions including front-of-house services, event coordination, contract security, in-house security, sworn security, and contract first aid.Responsible For:-To manage the hiring, training, and scheduling of all Guest Services Personnel. (Ticket takers, ushers, t-shirt security, guest service desk personnel, and other front-of-house staffing.)- To supervise the performance of the entire Guest Services Staff.- To advance and communicate all event information to the appropriate departments and staff.- To gather accurate event security and guest services information, and ensure said information is used to properly execute all events.- To implement the Emergency Operations Awareness Program.- To maintain proper scheduling and supervision of contract services for all events.- To review and modify policies and procedures for Guest Services Operations.- To maintain ongoing relationships and communication with tenants and touring staff for a positive image.- To procure new venue policies for guest service staff, guest experience expectations, and essential duties for part-time staff.- To complete performance appraisals and hourly rate recommendations on all Guest Services Staff.- Create part-time staff rewards & benefits programs.- To implement all training programs for security and guest services.
