I manage the in-house print & design unit consisting of 3 Graphic Designers, 2 printers, 1 finishing assistant and 1 admin officer.• Produce in excess of 5,000,000 documents per year• Over 97% of all jobs completed within agreed deadlines and budget• 99% of customers rate the service as either “excellent” or “good”• Generate £500k - £600k revenue per annum• Ensure all H&S legislation is adhered to (e.g. COSHH)• Project Manager experience (e.g. Multi-Function printers installation programme)• Budget responsibility of approx. £750k per annum• Reporting at Senior Management Level (Directors, Heads of Service, Portfolio Holder)• Compiling strategies, business cases and financial plans• Responsibility for generating new business from external customers
