Processed Payroll for up to 300 employees and provided white glove service for all IPM employees and our contract employees working at client sites across the United States (Services included Benefits (health and 401(k)) management, onboarding and offboarding, rate negotiation, and 24x7x365 support). Composed employee manuals, health and safety plans, hurricane and disaster preparedness manuals, drug and sexual harassment policies, and white papers on subjects including Contingent Labor Management, 1099 compliance, Best HR Practices, and other topics.
