Currently teach 8th grade American History and sponsor the Skyview Middle School Madden Club. Also, I am the head Junior Varsity Baseball Coach at Vista Ridge High School and Offensive Coordinator for the Skyview Eagles. I currently teach 8th grade American History - A course designed to take students throughout American History, not just United States history. The course begins with a development of knowledge on the earliest humans migratory patterns, dives deep into Aztec, Inca, and Mayan culture, then follows into the Age of Exploration, colonization of the New Wold, the American Revolution, the writing of the Constitution, building of a nation, and culminates in the Civil War and Reconstruction periods.Also, I coach the football team at Skyview - I am the current Offensive Coordinator and double as the Quarterback and Wide Receiver Coach. I created the current play book and call the offensive plays during games.Finally, I am the advisor for the Skyview Madden Club - a club where students stay after school and play Madden Football on Xbox. The goal of the group is not only to have fun and meet new people, but also, through the tracking of statistics from game to game, we work on probability and math skills.

I created an incentives program for student achievement during the state standardized testing period (TCAP - Transitional Colorado Assessment Program). Also, I was the Sophomore and Junior Student Government Association Advisor for a period of two years. During this time I advised a group of sophomores and juniors as they volunteered their time to the community, planned school dances and programs, and raised money for charities. Finally, I was a member of the PBS Green Team and was responsible for being part of a student/teacher lead group which proliferated success strategies to the student body. I also was an Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach (2011-2012) and the Head Varsity Baseball Coach (2012-2013).
