Working within the Innogy Business Services UK business unit, responsible for delivering IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture services across the UK npower business.This is an essential role ensuring the portfolio of IT investments and implemented solutions deliver against strategic business outcomes, align to Group and UK IT policy, and deliver robust solutions within acceptable cost, risk and technical debt. Working with business stakeholders to best shape and prioritise investment portfolios. Working closely with architects from the internal IT supplier to develop enterprise, domain and solution architecture vision and roadmaps that align to business strategic direction and requirements. Provide governance to projects and delivered solutions to ensure these meet external compliance requirements as well as internal business and IT policy, standards and roadmaps and deliver on business requirements at agreed time, cost and quality. Working within the RWE IT (UK) shared service, providing Application Architecture leadership to npower across a range of projects. Specific responsibility was for the Data and Information architecture domain covering Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. Taking a broader enterprise view establishing domain architecture vision and roadmaps, influencing and directing projects to align with this vision. Working across the project portfolio to optimise synergies and minimise technical debt.
