I have been working offshore since 2012, as a Production Technician, Control Room Technician and an Area Authority. Before this, I served my time as an apprentice Production Technician at an onshore Gas Terminal.I am a driven individual who has been in work since the age of 14. Before my Process Operations Apprenticeship I had several part-time jobs ranging from working at Animal Boarding Kennels to KFC Restaurants, to pay for my tuition fees at University. I am comfortable working within a team or alone and do not hesitate to take the lead role in daily tasks or complex projects.During my apprenticeship I was recognised for OPITO Process Trainee of the year 2008 and became runner up for OPITO Apprentice of the year 2008. I was also selected by Aberdeen College as a student representative for ASET when Aberdeen College was awarded a ‘Queen’s Anniversary Prize for Higher and Further Education’, resulting in a trip to the awards ceremony at Buckingham Palace where I met the Queen of England.
Listed skills include Offshore Operations, Oil, Oil/Gas, Petrochemical, and 10 others.
