I am the Production Engineer for two departments and supervise three engineers and fifteen technicians on three shifts covering ten departments, including stamping presses, injection molding, aluminium die casting, machining, die maintenance, and light assembly. My responsibilities include improving, maintaining, and acquiring production equipment. I create and maintain necessary process documentation, procure and maintain spare parts, and support the manufacturing process as needed. As supervisor, I maintain records for each associate, maintain departmental budgets, and direct resources to solve problems.

I was employed at Leever's as a fulltime employee while pursuing my Associate's Degree and worked summers and breaks while pursuing my Bachelor's Degree. I started at Leever's less than a month out of high school and began my career by pushing a broom and driving a delivery truck. During my tenure, I was trained and operated almost every piece of equipment in the shop, providing for real hands on experience that has proven invaluable during my career.
