I have worked for James Durrans for 30 years. During this time I have held many positions within the company.I started out in the technical department in July 1992 fresh from six form college. I worked as a technician for 10 years until 2002 where I then moved onto the production side of the business.During the next 20 years I worked in many roles from :-Process control supervisor, Production supervisor,Production manager,Joint operations manager, Operations manager, In 2021 after the pandemic the company restructured and I took on the role of Operations manager for the groups milling and screening facilities.I have 30 years worth of experience in both technical and manufacturing of carbon products for a wide range of industries, including automotive, glass, friction, steel, battery and many more using manufacturing techniques such as screening, blending, milling, micronizing, particle shaping, and particle classification.
