Responsible for the operational delivery of Business Change programmes within Whitbread Restaurants including:Project managing new site openings across multiple brands , including Beefeater and Brewers Fayre pub restaurantsProject managing brand transformations within Beefeater, Brewers Fayre , Table Table and Whitbread Inns pub restaurants .Line manager for a team of UK field based skills trainers within Restaurant central operations

Responsible for the delivery of Dixons Transformation and Renewal plans within the North of England and North Wales stores .Accountable for the end to end transformation across People, stock ranges and the format of the store, which involves programme managing external project managers to deliver the complete strip out and rebuild of each store. .Managing a large implementation team , with additional responsibility for construction managers and external project managers during each phase of rebuilding.Directly accountable for ensuring that the store performs against sales targets, customer satisfaction and cost control levels throughout the Transformation period. Personally responsibility for the control of budgets to deliver re-fitted and perfectly merchandised store within two weeks before handing back to the Divisional Director/ Operations DirectorDelivering a comprehensive human resource plan ensuring manager skill level and all over staff performance is of the required standards

Responsible for launching the first pilot Transformation store as part of the Dixons " Winning New Revenues" Renewal programme Was successful in making the format work and increased Turnover from £10.5m to £13m, and profitability by 30%Line Manager for 5 managers and over 70 team members. Full accountability for store opening.P&L responsibility, Working in conjunction with many business partners to ensure all targets are met. Coaching and developing current management team to become the next leaders in our business. Responsible for supporting and mentoring other store managers to deliver company expectations. Delivering excellent customer service ensuring that all customer expectations are met and exceeded. Creating a positive store enviroment for customers and colleagues, producing an oustanding shopping and working enviroment and a store team committed to best practice.

Management responsibility of at that time the largest turnover (£16m) and square footage store (43,000) in the Northwest of England.Line manager for 5 managers and 70+ sales, administration and support team .Formulated business plan to capitalize and maximise the stores potential opportunities.Patch manager to six stores in the Merseyside region with turnover in excess of £50m. This role is to mentor, lead and coach to help build the quality and quantity of these businesses
