CurrentHead of Regulatory and Technical Services for Europe, managing quality in manufacturing and suppliers. My team maintain compliance for five quality, safety, environmental and Halal standards. Responsible for analytical QC, microbiology, QA, vendor management across Europe, NPD delivery with regards scale up and trialling, change management, training, waste minimisation, risk assessment and management across the factories. We manage non compliance, out of specification tasks, root cause analysis and CAPA. We oversee consumer complaints, responses, trending and action to improve. As the leader of the Group Quality Strategy for PZC, I coordinate activities across the group for improving our standards. The Regulatory team take care of all the relevant regulations and guidelines for cosmetics, biocides and detergents, including notifications CPNP, SCPN, CLP, Reach, IFRA, UFI and poisons and biocidal product regulations. I represent the business on CTPA and UKCPI regulatory affairs committees and am working with the team to navigate the ever changing regulatory seascape post Brexit.
