I am highly motivated, resourceful and able to make decisions under pressure. Well developed interpersonal skills, able to liaise at all levels. Excellent planning and organisational ability, combined with a dedicated and focused approach to the achievement of objectives and a desire to see a job well done within tight deadlines. A clear understanding of Health & Safety within the building maintenance and facilities management environment. I am competent in using all information technology installations.
