Employed by Avison Young at the RTC Business Park in Derby where i am part of the Facilities Management team. The site comprises of 26 buildings covering 28 acres. The RTC is a mixture of office and laboratory buildings together with a number of rail connected workshops.I am fully skilled facilities and project manager, with extensive managerial experience. I am highly motivated, resourceful and able to make decisions under pressure. Well developed interpersonal skills, able to liaise at all levels. Excellent planning and organisational ability, combined with a dedicated and focused approach to the achievement of objectives and a desire to see a job well done within tight deadlines.
