Senior Business Analyst

Working as a senior business analyst on the Lloyds Target Operating Model (TOM) for the Lloyds TSB and HBOS bank integration.Due to the fast paced nature of the programme, it has been crucial that I can work on my own initiative and I have quickly become familiar with the retail banking environment I have been responsible for investigating and reviewing current and target processes for a number of Critical Business Processes to ensure that the integration of Lloyds TSB and Halifax Bank of Scotland will be successful.I have worked with stakeholders across all banking channels (branch, telephony, digital and operations) to produce process analysis, highlighting key risks and issues with key processes and escalating these as appropriate.I am also responsible for smaller projects within the team, providing assurance on key Division-wide programmes such as systems roll-out and data migration and archiving.I have worked within a small team of analysts providing process analysis for the bank’s Critical Business Process Framework, liaising with stakeholders to re-map processes to ensure they are fit for purpose as well as the identification and escalation of issues to the Retail Banking Design Committee. Due to my technical background, I have taken on responsibility to attend division-wide senior stakeholder meetings for the bank’s “problem processes”, providing detailed process analysis and documentation. My systems experience also meant I was asked to investigate and review the plans for the payments system integration project – something no other member of the team was able to do.My knowledge and understanding of the bank's processes has led me to become a key point of contact within the organisation and I have been identified as a Subject Matter Expert for the live trials and dress rehearsals in the run up to bank integration.
