Experiencedays on both toner technology and wax having worked on the Xerox colourcube range of machines. Has attended manufacturer courses at Sharp, Kyocera, Ricoh,Brother, Toshiba. While attended in house courses on all others including network installation and scanning. I am a good communicator and like to get involved with team building events and has organised many events for colleagues. I'm able to fault find on networks too and use network tools to diagnose connection issues for printers. Whilst maintaining a car stock to help me keep the first visit to the customer the best one as no returns or down time. I am maintaining a first time fix rate of over 85% and able to keep costs down to a reasonable rate. I pride myself on giving the customer a good call and judge myself on recommendations from them.Outside work I'm involved with junior football and enjoy bringing talent out of many young players.
