Cancelled and replaced two Distributors covering 10 states.At Shindaiwa worked with all the South American and Central American Distributors as the inside accounts manager, taking care of all facets of customer support including Customs clearance/documentation, lead times, and timely delivery. Extensive travel to Brazil for Factory product training, sales training. Very knowledgeable in Japanese/Brazilian/Latin cultures.
