My area of expertise is techincally in Food & Beverage Operations and Management. However, I trully am more of a generalist in the Hospitality Management industry. I received my Associates in Applied Science in Food & Beverage Managment from Johnson & Wales University, Charlotte in 2008. In 2011 I was awarded my Bachelor of Science in Food Service Managment with concentrations in Food & Beverage Managemnt and Sales, Meeting, and Event Managment. My current goal is to learn the intricacies of the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Managment aspects of the Hotel and Lodging industry, while building my resume and experiance. Long-term, I plan become more well-rounded in all areas of the Hotel and Hospitality industry and eventually get a position as Director of Sales or General Manager.
