My passion for knowledge drives me to take on new tasks and figuring out how something works.My current role is a system administrator. One of my more basic tasks is managing users & computers through ADUC. Running scans through Tenable. Using those compiled scans to mitigate the critical and highs. My main task currently is creating application deployments through MECM. Being a self-taught environment I've successfully created numerous deployments for my organization. From silent installs to normal user interactions. If the routine MECM setup isn't enough then I create batch files or power shell scripts. Figuring out the more complicated installs is the fun part. My more in depth position of my past had me create domains from baseline. Primarily from a script that would build it dynamically. But like usual it doesn't always work. Thus me having to manually build the environment from scratch. I worked on three separate domains, while implementing new procedures for greater efficiency. Rapidly discovered system inefficiencies and resolved complex issues within the hardware and software being utilized across cross-functional teams. Responsible for training junior technicians and leading training sessions for new projects. My biggest accomplishment would be creating trusts between myself and five other domains to allow communications. Then the tedious parts of email transfers and SharePoint sharing.
