CurrentOutstanding Performance Award in recognition for strategic talent acquisition project in 2023!Proactive Sourcing and Interviewing:- Lead various recruitment initiatives in support of CEO’s business strategy- Responsible for hiring of CEO’s specific roles for strategic and new business purposes, such as top leadership level, and Mid-to-Senior level positions, as well as expatriates (to China, India, and the US) recruitment projects- Work with HR partners and hiring managers to define a recruiting strategy based on the specific opportunity and business needs, communicate and align on the process, and manage both stakeholder and candidate expectations- Establish relationships and communicate closely with the stakeholders to understand their business and job requirements, and deliver the information accordingly to candidates - Develop multiple recruitment channels, as well as manage external vendors for any specific positions when necessary- Facilitate the entire recruiting process, including sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates, interviewing, and managing the offer process for roles at all levelsEmployer Branding:- Manager employer branding and positioning initiatives through various channels including online job platforms, external vendors, and job fairs- Develop and deliver positive experience to candidates throughout the whole process- Proactively participate in various business gatherings across industries to expand and develop a network of talent pool for future potential hires - Recruit and coach new recruiter to follow the same principles mentioned above, and deliver quality outputs internally and externallyOther Routine Tasks: - New employee onboarding preparations, and conduct probation interviews/reports- Assist on other HR-related matters, including resignations and exit interviews, timely update and maintain employee records in the HR SAP system
