• Provide high quality, accurate and confidential interpreting/translation for patients in Chinese, Mandarin and Cantonese.• Demonstrated ability to apply various modes of interpreting; dialogue, consecutive, simultaneous, chuchotage, group and sight translation; through face to face, telephone, and video interpreting; while providing interpreting services in a range of health care settings, such as individual consultations, hospitals, home visit or any other health related setting.

• Translating and interpreting for individuals, organisations, and the Australian Government• NAATI Practitioner ID: CPN1CS09V, certificates valid until 2026• Translation and revising/proofreading/checking experience in community, commercial,certificates, communication, organisation, legal, medical content as well as subtitling andvoice-over, etc. from projects ranging from one sentence to over 100,000 words• Onsite, Phone and video interpreting in Mandarin and Cantonese, specialised in health andcommunity sectors with extensive experience in other areas such as business, legal, etc.

• Assisting customers with their healthcare needs and general queries• Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels• Setting up displays for catalogue promotions• Handle cash register and assist pharmacists
