I am currently contracted to lead on major procurements and tenders and liaise between the wider business and the central procurement function. I recently led the procurement for the movement of diplomatic mail globally; the largest single procurement ever undertake n by FCO Services.

I offer advice on the completion and submission of PQQ's and ITT's for public.

Contracted to lead on procurement activity for the replacement contract to deliver diplomatic mail and goods globally for the FCO. This was FCO Services largest ever procurement (approx. £40-50M). I also represented procurement on the project team established to transition the contract from the incumbent provider to the new provider which was successfully.

Contracted to manage procurement activity for Logistics and Stores related product and services, including leading on above OJEU threshold procurement's such as diplomatic bags and seals, taxi services, security technology and injection moulded components, amongst others.

Procurement Manager for Partners David Evans and Corrine Ruelle who own and manage Staggered Ltd, a shopfitting and construction company in Kent. David and Corrine have a wealth of experience within the retail sector and work with some of the biggest names in British retailing. Staggered are small and flexible enough to offer short leadtimes, and adaptive.

Working for David Evans at TAG Retail was an opportunity to establish a Procurement Department from scratch. It was an interesting and challenging role in a new and exciting field. TAG Retail had been growing at an ever increasing rate when David sold the company to RTC Europe, who who were impressed with the blue ribbon client base and comprehensive.

Procurement Controller for Integrated Project Team (Eurofighter Head Up Display Programme). Seconded onto the team to assist in bringing the production schedule back on track; this was an exciting and difficult role which required close liaison and management of major sub-contractors to the HUD programme.
