Back in my early 20’s, I was a bartender. On top of learning some killer magic tricks (which is how I met my wife…), one of the greatest gifts I developed in that job, was listening to people! Several jobs and a couple decades later, I’ve now spent 10 years in lighting efficiency, and listening to people is still one of the most important things that I do every day. My singular focus is understanding and working to eliminate the lighting-related pain points of my clients; turning that annoying liability into an asset that not only permanently increases NOI and property value, but also substantially reduces carbon emissions – which is something my kids are really proud of! Along the way, I have performed every job in the lighting supply chain: auditing, lighting design, rebate management, procurement, installation project management, and most importantly client support and development. I still love getting up every day and solving problems for our clients. Whether that is increasing light levels and site safety, standardizing light colors to create the right “feel” for a specific use type or asset class, helping a company meet their ESG goals, or just reducing operating expenses, I want to help you realize those objectives.
