Current• Proactively support a portfolio of top agents to help them achieve positive business outcomes through the effective utilization of Compass software and services.• Foster agent software and program engagement to empower agents to become proficient users and derive maximum value from Compass tools.• Master the Compass technology platform and provide comprehensive education to agents, enabling them to adopt best business practices in a competitive real estate landscape.• Collaborate closely with Real Estate Sales Managers, Marketing Advisors and cross-functional teams to develop and execute agent success strategies, including tailored business growth plans.• Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new agents through personalized onboarding sessions, ensuring efficient management of listing and licensing transfers.• Conduct in-person Compass product and program trainings and meetings with agents as required, providing hands-on support and guidance.
