1:Make the design plan of mold structure and guide the engineer to design,make design standard ，check design drawing,bill of materials,ensure and control mold cost.2:Organize mold review meetings,deal with abnormal designs,analyze abnorml reasons,take preventive measures.3:Since December, 2016, I have worked in the project department, responsible for the process planning and development progress of the mold project, and tracking the progress of the project.4:Responsible for explaining design and manufacturing problems to customers, and coordinating to solve technical and quality problems in mold manufacturing.5:Organize and participate in mold test to ensure the smooth acceptance of molds.6:the company manufactures car parts,household appliances plastic parts and precision molds.

1:Responsible for new project review report(DFM) and moldflow technical support.2:Responsible for the factory mold drawing review and control the mold processing progress according to cusotmers requirements.3:Responsible for designing the modification scheme according to the experimental results of the mold and finally meet the customers requirements.4:The company manufactures car parts,supplier to Volvo,Toyuta,Ford,Bmw and other car manufacturers and designated tooling supplier for Toyota.
