A strong networker, working with commissioner, providers and individuals.Understanding processes and political context I have a proven track record of understanding and converting need into provision for the benefit of all stakeholders.I am a Registered Learning Disability Nurse, RNMH, Dip N, BSc Hons, PGCert in LD,PGCert in MHS with over 30 years experience of working with people with a learning disability and enduring mental health support needs. I have worked in a wide variety of settings including the NHS, Social Services, the private sector and charitable organisations both in the UK and abroad. My passion for enabling people with disabilities to live fulfilled lives and be supported in a respectful, valued manner shapes my managerial and clinical practice
