As a Director of T&J Constructions my role within the company grew from being a site manager to the COO over a 13-year period as T&J grew into a company with 90 + employees and subcontractors. Achievements: Secured and managed multiple large civil construction projects.Played a major role in the growth of the business from 10 people to 90 during a 13-year period.
