About Andy Carr
Been working in education since 2009, mainly as an educator of Film and Media. However, since 2021, and having moved around the UK a lot, I have been taking on more managerial work and moving away from the classroom.I am a strong advocate of authenticity, education being a two-way relationship between teacher and student, and helping students fulfil their potential as young adults. I take the same approach with managing others - treating everyone fairly but on their own merits.
Listed skills include Teaching, Customer Service, Leadership, Research, and 19 others.
