Currently working as the Primary Rugby League Specialist for Wakefield Trinity Community Foundation. This involves visiting different schools in the area and delivering rugby skill based lessons to children of primary school age. Previously a community engagement officer for Wakefield Trinity RLFC Community Foundation working with youngsters with Alternative Provision courses and engaging the people of Wakefield with various other projects.Promoting good mental health strategies and support are important to me and have worked previously in this field for the public sector in particular working with those who have suffered trauma in their lives at some point.Previously working for HMPPS as a general purpose dog handler. 15 years working in a maximum security prison, 14 years experience with the army as a combat medical technician and formation reconnaissance.Avid rugby league fan for a long time. Currently coaching girls at a community club.When not helping children develop their skills and confidence in community rugby league, my time is spent with family and watching rugby league.
