Managing and developing the central contracts business ensuring that NOCN is able to meet fully the specific requirements of each contract of service. Ensuring that the processes and procedures supporting all the central contract activity are consistently applied and developed as required to maintain a successful and productive relationship to all customers. Key Responsibilities :Act as the front-line account manager for all NOCN central contracts, meeting both service standards and customer expectationsManage the central contracts and all the associated processes needed to support them, working closely with other departments to ensure continuity of service.Manage the central contracts staff team to ensure, prompt, efficient and accurate delivery of central contracts.Ensure appropriate processes and procedures are in place to give the standard of reliable and consistent support to centres and other clients.Work closely with the Compliance department in centre approval, administration and performance and support action as appropriate; including the investigation of malpractice and maladministration.Where appropriate, manage examination orders, the distribution of examination papers, marking, the issue of results and invoices to Centres to ensure the highest standards are maintained.Manage the conduct of on-line examinations working closely with centres and external on-line examination providers. Develop, implement and manage procedures and processes to ensure national regulations are adhered to.Manage the registration and awarding processes to ensure rapid assessment of learners and delivery of certificates.Support the preparation of regulatory reports and the statistical analysis of examination results and performance.Work with the Compliance team to ensure the implementation of the necessary quality assurance activities and processes for the contracts.
