§ Project Control of a huge project to carry out Enabling Works required to facilitate installation of Chip and Pin devices to every branch, 1130 sites in total§ Setting up, communicating and driving forward Programme of all works for 9 regionally based shopfit contractors§ Liasing with all project stakeholders within the Bank, their IT providers and the specialist device contractors§ Design and production of Project Documentation§ Managing issue of Project Scope changes§ Managing all documentation returns from Contractors§ Managing Snagging/Additional Works register, and driving for clearance of same§ Detailed reporting on progress to all project stakeholders

§ Managing a major refurbishment project for a major High Street bank, covering 240+ branches. § Preparing and driving forward the master programme for the project, which encompasses varying levels of work from “light touch” refurbishments through to major refits.§ Setting individual site based programmes.§ Managing five Project Managers who work on a regional basis, and managing the activities of nine shopfitting main contractors.§ Designing scoping / surveying documentation and setting instructions for own project managers and scheduling and managing the on-site scoping activity§ Managing all drawing office activity to interpret and draw the required works. Holding weekly liaison meetings with the customer to agree and approve drawing detail.§ Masses of customer liaison to ensure clarity of their requirements and to disseminate information through the supply chain.§ Issuing drawings and specifications to main contractors to allow them to produce tenders, checking of same.§ Checking all submissions from main contractors to ensure furniture, marketing items, IT and other subcontract items have been ordered, also vetting all Health & Safety documentation.§ Managing information flow to and from contractors and customer to facilitate production of all required management reporting§ Managing any issues that arise during the course of the on-site activity to resolution via the Project Managers responsible.§ Scheduling site completion meetings and receiving reports of snagging, managing completion of same.§ Managing all sites through to final account.
