Andy’s experience in commercial real estate investment sales is diverse, with a heavy concentration in emerging Miami markets and the urban core. Andy focuses on the acquisition and disposition of urban retail, multi-tenant retail, land development, multi-family properties and industrial properties. Over the course of his career he has completed over $250 million in transactional volume.Prior to working at Metro 1, Andy worked at several Miami-based brokerages including Marcus and Millichap where he specialized in investment sales. In addition, he also spent many years in advertising before he left the industry to pursue his passion for real estate.Andy has an uncommon ability to communicate an investment strategy, and to help buyers see the value in these assets despite potential challenges. Andy was raised in Miami and has lived in South America and Washington DC and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management, Marketing and Management Information Systems (MIS) from Florida International University.
