- Responsible for RF planning, design and optimization activities on 3G UMTS network include capacity management, interference analysis, drive-testing, OSS performance analysis, monitor 3G KPI and network strategy planning- To achieve sites rollout target set by telecommunication operator quarterly to increase revenue by new sites commissioning by expanding network coverage-Monitor main contractor for drive test progress, cluster optimization progress & manpower resource to achieve project target & requirement -Design and implement reporting structure on progress against project delivery and KPIs, negotiate and achieve network KPIs during RF optimization of 3G network -To analyze, troubleshoot, identify and provide solutions or suggestion on RF optimization from DT, statistic performance and signaling trace for UMTS network

Cyberjaya

- Responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects - Coordination between installation, construction, hook-up and commissioning - Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve an “on-time” result including follow-up with contractors to ensure timely response to action items. - Prepare hook-up/ project bill of material & tender specifications, together with the Purchasing department, selection of suitable contractor - Reviews and monitors project progress to assure quality and adherence to requirements of contract documents - Ensuring contractor submits the required procedures and documentation, carrying out review and comment to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications and guidelines - Make sure contractor comply to EHS requirement and quality requirement while performing work in the fabrication - Must be responsible to manage the point of connections (POC) and point of use (POU) and ensure that sufficient POCs and POUs are available to enable the forecasted tool list to be hooked up

Malaysia

- Improved and reduce facilities equipment downtime for Mechanical System (HVAC, compressed air system, vacuum system, process cooling water system) to provide utilities for manufacturing equipment in cleanroom- Performed regular analysis of performance and capacity data as well as advice on optimum maintenance & project priorities. - Maintain, formulate and implement effective preventive maintenance programs and expansion projects on facility systems to achieve cost effectiveness and operations stability. - Troubleshoot and provide innovative solutions to engineering problems, process improvements for operation and maintenance. - Introduced Key Performance Index (KPI) for outsourced facilities contract services and provide essential plant facilities such as environmental/room temperature, humidity conditioning (inclusive of air conditioning systems, chiller systems, compressor systems) with optimum performance & standards.
