1, Lead and initiate NPI project schedule, cooperate with cross function dept. to organize weekly/monthly project meeting, and fulfill customer project milestone;2, New processes development for new project, cooperate with the EMS factory (Jabil/Flextronics/Clarion) engineering team to define the new product process and the relevant process specifications, involve with new AVL suppliers development if neccessary.3, Release 2D/3D/Gerber File/Schematic/Product specification/datasheet/label guideline and relevant engineering documents to EMS/Supplier, generate the problem tracking list, cooperate with R&D team to review and solve product design issue(DFM for the PCB,metal, plastic components etc.), cooperate with EMS/sub-suppliers to review and solve the process issue until closing the problem tracking list;4, Manufacture feasibility study and improvement through DFx process, to improve production and test yield rate, to guarantee the production and test yield rate can meet and fulfill the product's low limit control guideline before safety launch;5, Qualify the production process/equipment via IATF16949 automotive industry standard, check and validate EMS buyoff report (CPK/CMK/GR&R report) and archive the documents in system;6, DVA, ECN, QLF creation/maintenance and follow-up during the production of new projects;7, Initiate new project DV, PV, SOP production reports and production problem tracking lists, review and discuss the progress of problem tracking list with EMS factory team by weekly meeting, check and confirm with EMS factory team to solve these problems until closing the problem tracking list;8, Co-work with France design team to audit local supplier included injection plastic, stamping, die-casting etc. that's accumulate experience in those field, to capable of qualify suppliers process and detect potential risk, monitor tooling status in long term to alert warning when tooling lifecycle closes to end or another critical quality issues.

The main job as NPI in Parrot automotive company as below:- To ensure new product design transmit to manufacture and achieve new project milestones (from design to mass production)- Base on customer milestone and design progress in France, to generate reasonable schedule and maintain it carefully, to find any dependency in activities, that can help project implementation smoothly. - To co-work/communicate with France team (design team), EMS (Jabil, flex), and other domestic component suppliers (for instance, plastic, metal, die casting), ensure design concept can be fully understand by EMS/suppliers, and build up economical/efficient product line accordingly.

Build an effective team and achieve the project milestone according to customer requirement, make the schedule under control and complete it on time.Communicate with oversea company colleagues from the beginning of the project to the end of project, swipe the block of the project, make the things smoothly. Making detail program plan for First of tool trials, tool debugging, Engineering builds, Ramp up and production start as per customer's requirement with capacity calculation and planning.Control related suppliers for meeting program schedule ,quality and capacity assurance and helping materials team for setting up delivery terms with new suppliers.Manage team of assistant project managers and engineers .Organize new project introduction meeting with all related departments detailing product requirements and schedule to meet and ensure timely product ramp up and launch.Have good skills on various software (Office excel,word, solidworks, proe, CAD etc) and familiar with all kinds of material (PC,ABS,PVC,POM etc.) and process (Injection Molding,Assmebly, Printed,Pad Printed, Plate).

I’m responsible for new project lead in from beginning to mass production. Smart-Phone and Health-Care project (blood glucose device/test, electronic razor/toothbrush etc.) are main products of currently company; we’re perform NPI management on all of these projects. Lead and join in the project all stages: quotation-material prepared-tool-process validation-quality standard set up-customer approval, final pass it to production department for mass production.(In my project I’m always focus on three factors: Quality/Time/Cost) I’m strictly to follow quality and system requirement (ISO14000,ISO9000, ISO13485,FAD,EN71,ASTM F963 etc.) in my work, and often use design software: Solidworks/Pro-E/CAD;office software: MS office, Project, PPT; and analyze software: Mold Flow, SPC, Minitab etc. to find and figure out issues. I’m draft program plan, protocol of processes(Molding,Painting,Assembly,Plating) documents which will use to guide team work and keep up the timescale according to customer requirement included schedule and quality, then I’ll provide specify reports to customer approve after validation performed. I’ve a lot of experience on manufacture processes and standards, familiar and draft all kinds of document related, cosmetic requirement, CPK,FAI,GRR engineer documents: FMEA, BOM,Flow Chart,ECR/ECN etc. according to part’s structure and spec. then build a series of quality and test standards which will be used in production. I’m good to apply PPAP and validation (IQ,OQ,PQ) in all of processes. All of the customers which I response is aboard: RIM, Nokia, Philips, LifeScan, Abbott etc. so I’m good at using English in my daily job and making documents even conference call with customer.

I'm involved the whole project from the quotation to mass production that's I can handle schedule very well, familiar with all kinds of process validation and making decision to solve issues,I've great knowledge on quality control like SPC,Six Sigma,CPK,FAI etc. software expert on PROE,MOLDFLOW,MS office, solidworks,CAD,Adobe Acrobat etc.Be able to work under great pressure and have great team spirit.I believe persistence and perseverance are my best key attributes.
