Operational Risk（50%）1.1 Participate in the establishment of risk departments, assist in the establishment of the company's risk management system, strengthen the construction of risk culture1.2 Responsible for operational risk assessment, new business/product risk assessment and other projects, using RSA/LDC/KRI etc.tools, an average of more than 40 risk identification per year, and prepare action plans to mitigate risk, mark as best practice cases within the BMW Group several times;1.3 To assist departments to set up more than 20 key risk indicators, carry out indicator monitoring, build a digital platform for operational risks, establish risk database;1.4 Assist in cross-functional projects such as IT risk, compliance risk, legal risk, goodwill risk, etc., responsible for risk repors, staff training, internal and external communication;Internal Control (30%)2.1 Assist in COSO-ERM system build up in China;2.2 Assist in the formulation of annual internal control plan, optimize business processes, evaluate company's internal control work, standardize more than 200 internal control points, conduct internal control effectiveness test more than 100 times a year, and continuously maintain the highest level of group internal control perfection;2.3 Build an internal control system (ICS Tools) and conduct internal control training;Business Continuity Management(10%)3.1 Participate in the evaluation of relevant projects and responsible for emergency management;3.2 Establish and check disaster recovery centers (DRC) and achieve heat preparedness;3.3 For the core process, multi-scene business continuous exercises and system switching, scenes including fire, power outage, infectious diseases, goodwill risk, etc.Risk Committee Secretary (10%)4.1 Prepare risk issues, chair risk meetings, assist management in decision making;4.2 Track the status of implementation of the resolution and develop the Mainland/Hong Kong Risk Management Committee By-law
