•Assist network engineers in troubleshooting phone issues, Cisco jabber accounts, voicemail terminations, etc. Update status on these issues using Footprints Helpdesk Software. Communicate with company stores located across US and Canada to gather information on the issue and update the ticket on whether the carrier needs to take over or if I need to send the store a new phone, handset, cord.•Fluke ports to get IP address, port number, VLAN, VOIP for network engineers to be able to configure the port and fix the issue.•Set up Cisco switches for users to be able to use their Cisco phones and internet•Configure and set up phones for employees using Cisco Unified CM Administration and Cisco Unity Connection Administration•Use excel to maintain inventory records of hardware, servers and networks in the data center
