My duties include: -Working as part of a team to ensure that all invoicing aspects are covered and appropriate deadlines are met -Tracking and monitor all transport paperwork. -Communicating effectively with internal staff and external customers-Recording, scanning and indexing all invoicing paperwork on to the transport management system, matching all paperwork to relevant invoices to ensure accurate processing, generating accurate invoices in line with customer requirements.-Chasing up any outstanding paperwork with relevant parties-Achieving set KPI’s in line with customer requirements and company procedures-Ensuring that all company procedures and processes are followed and kept fully up to date, producing daily and weekly reports using transport management system and supporting the department with any other administrative or ad hoc duties.-Managing accounts for some of Stobart Transport's key customers.- Liasing with customers and drivers to keep client's up to date with collections and deliveries.
