I am currently managing the delivery of six residential developments as the consultant Employers Agent for varying Housing Associations in London and Oxford. The developments are at differing stages from planning to contractor procurement and construction on site. I am also managing the recladding of occupied high rise apartment buildings in London to meet current Fire Safety and Golden Thread obligations. Lastly, I am delivering Marketing Suite facilities for the Sales and Marketing management of a nre apartment development in West London.
