Designed, championed across the organisation, and drove through to implementation, EE's Wi-Fi Coverage Boost service. This uses the public Wi-Fi estate to improve customer's indoor mobile experience where cellular coverage is poor, doing so at minimal incremental.

This was a senior role with full design and, a little later, operational responsibility for all BT's mobile and wireless networks and many associated IT systems prior to the acquisition of EE. A central element of this role was as part of a tight management team running all of BT's IP based networks, and - on a rota basis - being the on-call Senior Manager.
