Full-time responsibility lasting 10 months to co-lead integration of the Ecolab and Nalco R&D organizations. This role required mapping the combined organization’s people, plants, portfolios, and processes to meet specific integration goals related to growth synergies, cost synergies, cultural harmony, and post-integration productivity. This leadership team created a cohesive global R&D organization that continues to meet aggressive goals, such that the integrated R&D organization is greater than the sum of its former parts.
