• Implemented the maintenance of the JFHQ-J6 Emergency Communications fleetof mobile devices, radios, printers, phones and automations equipment to ensurethey are fully mission capable to support TMD when needed. Assist in theinstallation of necessary updates, services, software, licensing and applicationsfor all Emergency Communications Assets (i.e. NOC, TICPs, TMCT,Communication Packages, etc.). Install appropriate image for identified systemsthat can be used by both military and civilian organizations to accomplish missiongoals. Ensure due diligence in implementing proper cyber security practices toprotect TMD data and personal information. Provide redundant expertise in thefollowing fields: Land Mobile Radio fleet management, mobile device fleetmanagement, and automations equipment management. Additionally, ensure theChief of Emergency Communications is apprised of the overall status of thisequipment with weekly updates (update frequency subject to change duringemergencies).Tasked as the Primary Emergency Communications WirelessTelephone Control Officer (WTCO) in managing all cellular and satellite mobiledevices on any network supporting Emergency Communications. Practice goodstewardship of government funding (state and federal) by ensuring appropriatespending practice. Work with the Primary WTCO and JFHQ-J6 IT PropertyManagement Office to fix any discrepancies. Track Emergency Communicationsmobile devices by keeping an up-to-date roster with the disposition of all issuedand available devices, phone numbers and IMEIs. Inform the Chief ofEmergency Communications of the overall status of this fleet with weeklyupdates (update frequency subject to change during emergencies).
