Mini Athletics has quickly grown to become the UK's most popular Athletics programme for Preschool, KS1&2 children.Through fun and engaging classes, our Mini Athletes go on a fantastic journey in athletic development.Our franchisees are motivated individuals, who have a passion for helping children experience a positive introduction to sport, whilst developing key physical, cognitive and social skills. Mini Athletic's recruitment of franchisees has been fast whilst maintaining a high quality of class delivery through thorough and robust training methods. This ensures all franchisees find a way to make the business work for them and grow into the many expanding opportunities available with the Mini Athletic's product.Being involved with the business before it had any franchises, my key responsibilities have evolved to include:Franchise management: The mentorship and development of current franchisees, ensuring they are able to grow their Mini Athletics business into a fun and rewarding career. Product development: Help develop the business operations to grow Mini Athletics nationally and internationally.Management of franchise network marketing: Including creating and implementing paid and organic social media marketing campaigns for network wide delivery.Operational delivery: Ensure a consistently high (and fun!) delivery of the many different Mini Athletic's classes and products, throughout the fast expanding network.

Part time role completing assessment based injury rehabilitation. Using functional techniques, objectively measured to achieve patients goals. Clients include paediatric, post op and sports related injuries.Specialist in running re-education and running injuries. Receive referrals from physiotherapists and self referrals from patients.

Worked part time with the reserve, youth and academy team players providing injury treatment, soft tissue treatments and pitch side cover.

Analyse and correct running biomechanics for injury prevention and performance.

Managed and built as busy client base for Sports Injury Rehabilitation and Sports Massage treatments mainly from self referrals.

Designed rehabilitation programes for chiropractic patients. Managed a fast growing Sports Massage patient base.
