Lean Manufacturing/ Improvement-Implemented over $50M in capital investments over the past 15 years culminating in $55M in annual sales. Heavily involved from business case development, planning, resource development, training up to project completion. -Implemented ISO9001 with no major findings over the 10-year period. -Completed two major Continuous Improvement projects over the past ten years utilizing tools such as Rapid Change Over (RCO) and Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED, Data Analysis) to boost productivity in the plant.Safety-Created the initial safety program and leveraged as a subject matter expert on safety audits at other Cascades plants. -Recognized as the Top Performing plant in Cascades SPG on safety scores for the last 5 years. OHSA rate below 2 for the past 8 years.
