Ngahere Communities is a co-working space that cultivates communities that enhance creativity and innovation by using collaborative spaces, common values and co-designed programmes.As the Programme Lead, I was responsible for developing a range of educational and entrepreneurial activities and programmes that brought Ngahere Communities diverse target audience together.My highlights include developing and delivering the following programmes: The Xchange Exhibition Day:► It was a science fair meets expo event where students showed off their latest STEAM projects.► Schools were then invited to view and participate in the exhibition. ► 13 students projects on shows, 100 student attendees, 7 schools involved, in 1 day.Tukua: OG Cohort;► I created and curated the content for the initial Tukua cohort.► As a team we designed Tukua to take advantage of the knowledge in the room. This is main driver behind the supportive and whānau oriented vibe of the programme.► It was built in response to the ongoing challenge and disparity experienced by new entrepreneurs who didn't have the network, or knowledge to grow their small enterprises.
