As a FP&A Senior Analyst at NEOM, the smart city project in Saudi Arabia, I apply my data analytics expertise and engineering background to uncover insights from diverse data sources and provide commercial intelligence to the business units and the stakeholders. I graduated with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Aston University, where I developed a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.I am responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, developing financial commitment dashboards, tracking and managing purchase requests and orders, ensuring accurate support documentation, and partnering with business unit leads to achieve their expenditure targets. I also migrated the Excel management accounts to Power BI, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the reporting process. I attend to ad-hoc requests from the NEOM CFO and the Saudi sovereign wealth fund, demonstrating my flexibility and adaptability. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the vision and success of NEOM, one of the most ambitious and innovative projects in the world.
