My current Role is managing all aspects of finished product production from planning to delivery, on various converting assets, including overseeing & managing up to 80 maintainer/operators, technicians and & engineers on a day to day basis to ensure targets are met in a timely manner.Liaising with many other departments locally, & at sector level, to deliver targets on safety, quality, output, planning, waste, delay, efficiency, costs & team development all within budget. I am involved at all levels of decision making regarding new products & product development within my area of responsibility, from idea inception to MSR/RSR trials & full production runs.I have previous experience within Kimberly Clark as the Baseline technician/engineer, which involved planning sceduled maintenance work, organising labour for breakdowns & supervising contract labour.I have also worked on shift as an operator/maintainer within the production facility.
