Managed MSA’s relationships with independent insurance agencies in the state of Washington. That includes accountability for the state’s personal lines insurance and commercial lines insurance growth, profitability, and overall agency development. In 2018 I was ranked the #1 Business Development Executive in the company. In 2020 I was ranked #2 in the company when I left in November.

Managed the Northwest and Central Washington territory that consisted of more than 70 agents and $16 million in premium where I was responsible for driving personal lines growth through agency development, new appointments, and constant evaluation of agency partners. Qualified for 'Circle of Excellence' by ranking as a top 10 personal lines sales executive, based on several metrics including profitability and growth, in the company in 2015 (#2) and 2016 (#8) from a group of more than 150 nationally

Over the course of 4 years, I built a consistently profitable, multi-line agency to more than $1 million in premium. I had a strategic focus on hiring, training and managing team members to effectively support profitable growth and client satisfaction. Our results led to multiple customer experience awards based on direct feedback from our clients.

As a regional trainer, I supported the growth and development of the Western Region agents, agency staff, and district managers. I helped train more than 15 new agent training programs throughout the region that consisted of a sales curriculum, product knowledge, and overall agency management. My time was spent both facilitating in the classroom to doing onsite agency visits. My home state of Washington, where I spent a majority of my time, consistently had at least 3 of the top 10 districts in the company for my entire time in this role.
