I have worked in education for many years. In high school and college I taught First-Responder and CPR courses to young adults. I was also a Red Cross Certified Lifeguard Training Instructor and promoted to Assistant Manager for The Fairmont Aquatic Park. After college I taught in the classroom for 11 of my 13 years thus far. During my time here, I have received awards like; TIES Technology Teacher of the Year and Fridley Teacher of Excellence. I have experience working as a Behavior Intervention Specialist where I got to work with teachers and students on an individual basis to help with social skills, problem solving skills, grit, self-monitoring skills, and self-regulation skills. My family and I have been blessed to be part of an amazing journey in changing careers since 2020.I am very active in my church and take my relationship with Christ very seriously. I am constantly growing and learning who I am and who God is making me to be. I look forward to the next chapter as I diligently seek His will for my life.
