I work as a full time Scrum Master working with different IT teams both within Lumin and as part of the larger organisation. I have also been able to help out with performing some testing of User Stories, have lead some lunch and learn type sessions on 'Bias' and on the leadership ideas covered within the book 'Turn your ship around'.I have also had the opportunity to volunteer for an afternoon at Mersey forest

I worked as a Scrum Master across a number of different teams, and was a leading member of the Scrum Master community at Talogy. I was able to support business teams with using some of the aspects of Scrum - for example stand up meetings, and retrospectives to help drive improvements in the teams.I also acted as a mentor for a couple of younger people. This was enormously rewarding for both myself as the mentee and for the mentor. I could share my experiences but at the same time I learned a lot from the two young people I was mentoring.There were forums at Talogy to practice speaking in front of larger groups and I was able to speak in front of business people on the benefits of using Scrum for any team. As part of one of the welfare groups I even researched and gave a talk on the benefits of healthy eating,
