I am competent on 6 units. Pressure truck 5000 psi to 10,000 psi, combo cleaning unit, steamer and hydro vac and straight vac truck and also water truck. When a new worker came on our site I would mentor him or her and help them with the unit and the job at hand in a safe and orderly manor. In lead hand position I would be left in charge to make up the daily tool box and safety feature of the day. Then dispatch the men to work. Supervise and do inspections on the workers in the field. Working at shut downs, I was looking after the heat exchangers and being the coordinator between our high pressure crew and shutdown coordinator for the exchangers. Everything went well and ahead of schedule. In my lead hand / supervisory role I would encounter many safety problem in run of a day. If I did not have the answer I would find someone who did, safety first. I work well on my own and with a group, I am a team player.
