    • Embrace Group was subject to a sale on a break up basis. This took the form of c. 15 transactions from EV of £50m in respect of a number of older people care homes in one portfolio, to the sale of the Children’s division to Keys Group and the Supported Living business to Accomplish, and a large number of individual care home sales. I took sole responsibility to deliver a number of the smaller transactions and was a key part of the team on the larger transactions.• Led the recovery of financial processes and data quality following the closure of two former head offices and the opening of a Support Centre in Birmingham, combined with migration to new accounting system to a place where Management Accounts were completed in three days with limited EBITDA impacting Audit adjustments.• Managing cash flow on a daily process and 13 week cash flow forecasting• Managed project to review central costs resulting in annual cost reduction of c. £1.2m• Centrally involved in the sale process of the European Care Group, including liaising with advisers in preparation of Information Memorandum, provision of information to bidders and managing the Vendor Due Diligence process• Key member of the management team that delivered the sale of the Group to Värde Partners and D.E. Shaw Group through a pre-pack administration process. Included significant involvement in tax planning, including the migrating of a number of Guernsey companies to the UK for tax purposes.• Working alongside CFO, successfully completed £35m million refinancing of debt with Barclays plc• Key member of team which delivered successful acquisition of certain subsidiaries and properties previously owned by PSPI Limited, deal value of £35m.
